- Tempted to look and see what others are doing so you replicate it, even though God has already told you what to do

There’s pressure to conform in who you are (to blend in with the crowd), to conform your gifts (by downplaying or using them in ways that aren’t true to you), and even to conform your assignment (by taking on roles or responsibilities that don’t align with God’s purpose for you)—all just to fit in with the world.
But God has called us to be the light of the world and the salt of the earth (Matthew 5:13-16).
